- What is your opinion about the kind of challenges women face in the workplace?
- Answer; Women face different kinds of challenges in their workplace. The pay gap is the most important challenge that women face in their workplace. Men and women do the same job but always there will be a gap between the salary received by men and women. Another challenge is that they always struggle to balance between family and work. Women are usually forced to do more hard work to keep their job and family together and many of them leave their job for the sake of their families. Unfair treatment is another challenge faced by women. Women are not secure in their workplace. On many occasions, they have to face mental and physical harassment from the part of male colleagues and superior officers.
- How do you think their organizations can help them in overcoming these
challenges?- Women’s organizations can help them overcome many challenges against women. Women’s organizations can help women to overcome many challenges in different ways and means. Women organizations conduct many awareness programs in society, among men and women alike. To some extent, it helps to bring some changes in prejudices in society against women. Last few years many women’s organizations did the same thing. Apart from this, women’s organizations can firmly stand for making laws for protecting rights in their working place. Along with this, an organization can lead many activities as a part of the protest. It helps government bodies to give more attention to women’s problems. Hence I believe that organizations can help women to overcome many challenges against women in the workplace in different ways and means..
