Communication involves at least two persons-the sender and the receiver. A sender is also known as a speaker or writer. Receiver is also known as the listener or reader. Clarity: Clarity is an important characteristic of good communication. It should be effortless for the receiver to understand your message.
Conciseness: Remember, your message needs to be accurate, crisp, and to the point. Do not stuff with unnecessary explanations and examples.
Correctness: When you communicate with other people in your personal and professional life, you have to select appropriate words and grammatical categories.
Coherence: In your message should have proper logic. All sentences in the material that you use for communication have to be coherent. It means each sentence has to be connected to the previous one and also connected to the main topic. Without coherence, the reader may not understand the core of the message.
Completeness: Completeness is the basic requirement of good communication. It has to be a completed one. A sender should pass a complete message. It will help the reader understand and take the required action.
Courteousness: Insulting and rude words always create trouble in communication. Therefore communicator has to bring politeness and a professional tone in his communication.
